On Tuesday, 15 October, the British Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce (BBCC) together with the British Council hosted a hands-on workshop, “Polished Public Speaking: Credible Messages, Confident Delivery,” at the Sterling Serviced Offices in Serdika Centre. Led by Charlotte Smith, Senior Teacher at the British Council, the session brought together professionals, executives, and entrepreneurs eager to bridge the gap between brilliant ideas and high-impact delivery.
Participants stepped away from passive listening into dynamic, practical exercises designed to refine how they frame thoughts, project authority, and engage stakeholders.
