Following its official admission to the international organization CLA Global, the firm is embarking on a rebranding process under which Simbula will continue its operations under the new name CLA Bulgaria.

As part of this growth, Simbula is also joining forces with the audit firm Existra. Operating together under the unified CLA Bulgaria brand, the combined team is now expanding its core capabilities to offer full audit services to clients.

Key Operational Updates

  • Email Domain Transition: Effective January 1, 2027, when the firm officially becomes CLA Bulgaria, the team will transition to a new email domain (@cla.bg). From that date forward, all official correspondence will be sent from and received through @cla.bg email addresses.
  • Service Continuity: The core team, commitment to client success, and quality of service remain completely unchanged. Clients can continue to rely on the same dedicated professionals, high level of personal attention, and established working relationships.
