Conducted by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Savina Mihaylova-Goleminova from the Faculty of Economics of Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski”, this survey aims to help determine the readiness of the Bulgarian legal and institutional framework for future models of management of European Union funds.
It will be completed by June 30, 2026 and will be used for research on the topic “Challenges facing the management of European Union funds under direct management”, which is a continuation of the scientific study conducted in 2025, “Challenges facing Recovery and Resilience Facility (RRF) and the role of Financial Law in Bulgaria”, accepted for publication in Bratislava Law Review.
The opinion of the legal community is important and of utmost importance for achieving the objectives of the study. The survey is anonymous and voluntary, and answering the questions takes 10-15 minutes.
All data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation, and will be used solely for research purposes.
