Bansko, 11 October 2023 – The Kempinski Hotel Grand Arena Bansko’s luxurious spa centre, Kempinski The Spa, has been awarded for the eighth time as “Bulgaria’s Best Hotel Spa” by the World Spa Awards. The votes were cast online during a 12-week voting period on the organisation’s official website. Spa industry senior executives, high-end travellers, tour operators, media and spa consumers from all over the world were eligible to vote for the brands they considered to have performed at an exceptional level.
