Businessmap is looking for an Account Manager (AM) for Key Clients (Lean/Agile Project Expert).
About the role:
As an AM, you will oversee the ‘frontline’ when it comes to customer communication. Your main responsibilities will include:
– Seeking opportunities for expansion with existing clients, creating custom proposals, and connecting with key stakeholders
– Communicating with companies via emails, calls, and online demonstrations to promote and explain the benefits of the Businessmap platform
– Be available as a point of contact to provide consulting – this is very different from a Support representative as it requires a deeper understanding of the implementation Businessmap clients have
– Explain the product and the value delivered to the customers
– Ensure successful adoption of Businessmap within the existing clients’ organizations
Businessmap is looking for:
– 3+ years in an AM role or similar (B2B preferred but not mandatory)
– Strong leadership skills
– Project Management or Consulting knowledge – to be interested in the way people work best
– Out-of-the-box thinking and creativity
– Superb communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
– Taking initiative with enthusiasm and eagerness to learn and experiment
– Fluency in English
– Spanish or other language proficiency would be a big plus
