The Fund of Funds in Bulgaria (www.fmfib.bg) is a state-owned financial institution with the mandate to deploy debt and equity financial instruments backed by EU funds.
They’ve recently launched 2 calls to select Fund managers to implement 2 equity instruments – Strategic Technologies and Defense Fund (STEP) and Business Start Fund. The calls provide an opportunity for established fund managers or newly formed teams to manage funds backed by public resources and invest in companies with a strong link to Bulgaria.
