Bulgarian Green Building Council elected BBBA Member Adina Welsh as a Chairperson

We are pleased to share with you that the Bulgarian Green Building Council elected a new Chairperson – Adina Welsh, Director Raiffeisen Property H.I Bulgaria. Romanian native, came to Bulgaria in 1998 to consult in the redevelopment and letting TZUM, followed by the development of 4 new office buildings with Raiffeisen Property Holding International. Adina Welsh is founder and board member of the Association of Commercial Buildings Owners. In 2018 she was awarded “Real Estate Professional of the Year“ at the SEE Real Estate Awards in Bucharest. Ms. Welsh is an active member of BGBC for a long time and back in 2020 became a member of the Board of Directors of the organization.
