This course is designed to facilitate the rapid training of semiconductor professionals. It is based on the concept of Virtual Manufacturing using Technology Computer Aided Design (TCAD) tools from Synopsys alongside illustrated TCAD simulation examples.
Target students: From zero to semiconductor hero in 8 days.
The course is designed for science and engineering graduates with no prior knowledge and experience in semiconductors. It is suitable for up-skilling of both in-fab technicians and engineers and analogue and digital design engineers who need to understand the translation from design into physical circuit operation and performance.
The step-by-step manufacturing flow of advanced bulk CMOS and FinFET technologies will be presented in great details. You have not seen anything on this scale and with such details before.
