On 3 October, Aya Estate welcomes you for a special evening dedicated to the wines of M. Chapoutier and the richness of the Rhône Valley, with Martin Champagne and AYA Estate’s Head Sommelier Aleksandar Skorchev. The five-course wine dinner will pair M. Chapoutier wines with a specially created menu, with the cuisine responding to the character of each wine through its own interpretation. Martin Champagne will present the selection and share more about its origins and terroir. AYA Estate’s Head Sommelier Aleksandar Skorchev will present the wine selection and share more about the pairings between the wines and the cuisine. His professional perspective and expertise will shape the evening’s wine concept and the way each wine will meet the specially created menu.
