Meet the speakers:

Sean Maher is a Policy Officer at the Liverpool City Region Combined Authority, where he works across climate policy, sustainable development, transport, housing, and the natural environment. With over a decade of experience in local government, Sean has led and supported policy development, investment programmes, and projects spanning digital infrastructure, transport, rural development, and the transition to net zero. He also serves as a certified Carbon Literacy Trainer, helping organisations build knowledge and action on climate change. At the heart of his work is ensuring that the transition to a greener future delivers social, economic, and environmental benefits for communities across the Liverpool City Region.
