Now in its 11th year, City Week is the premier gathering of the international financial services community. It brings together industry leaders and policy makers from around the globe to consider together the future of global financial markets and London in particular.
City Week 2021 is being held virtually over three days from 21 to 23 June 2021 and will be hosted on our state-of-the-art virtual event platform, which incorporates full person-to-person networking via private or group video calls. Last year’s event, City Week 2020, which was also held virtually, was widely regarded as having been the most successful yet. Some 700 high-level participants from over 60 countries attended and they all rated the event very highly.
This year’s edition will have climate change and climate finance at the heart of the programme, reflecting the fact that the UK government will be hosting COP26 in November. Other key themes include the latest developments in international financial markets and financial regulation, culture and governance issues, financial technology and the impact of geopolitical developments on the FS industry.
