The BBCC IT Retreat is moving from the mountains to the coast! We are thrilled to invite you to this year’s edition, taking place from June 26–28 at the vibrant AluaSoul, Sunny Beach.
Forget the fluorescent lights of the office—it’s time to swap your keyboard for a beach towel (don’t worry, we’ll still talk shop). This retreat is the perfect blend of high-level networking, industry insights, and much-needed Vitamin Sea. Whether you’re looking to forge new partnerships or just recharge with fellow IT leaders, this is the place to be.

The Agenda: Sun, Strategy & Socializing
Day 1: Thursday, June 26 – Welcome to the Coast
- 3:00 PM onwards: Arrival and Check-in
- 6:00 PM: Tell a Fail: A candid, “off-the-record” session sharing business misshaps and the lessons learned.
- 8:00 PM: Sunset Welcome Dinner: Fresh seafood and even fresher ideas.
Day 2: Friday, June 27 – Deep Dives & High Tides
- 8:00 AM-10:00 AM – Breakfast
- 11:00 AM: Who is Who : 5 minutes verbal presentations by all participants showcasing company’s priorities, projects and partnership opportunities.
- 12:30-2:00 PM: Buffet Lunch.
- 2:00 PM – 3:30 PM: Presentation on a hot topic followed by interactive panel discussion. Topic will be soon announced.
- 3:30- 5:00 PM Board Games and Networking
- 8:00 PM: Dinner: Cocktails, music, and casual networking under the stars.
Day 3: Saturday, June 28 – Wrap Up & Wind Down
- 8:00-10:00 AM Breakfast
- 3:00 PM: Checkout and Departure.

To maintain the peer-to-peer integrity of the retreat, non-IT companies may participate exclusively through our sponsorship package, which include a dedicated speaking slot to share your expertise with the group.
