At the end of summer, VIA VINO are looking towards winter and they are pleased to invite you to a pre-Christmas journey to Poland.
Yes, it sounds surprising, but the wine and culinary tour that they have prepared from December 11 to 14 will be more than interesting and delicious. Ivaylo Katerski at Via Vino shares, ‘My visit six months ago to the cellars of Southern Poland (Małopolska region) made me seriously look at this unknown country with its wine (still!) I have selected several excellent wineries, where we will taste wines mainly from the curious and rare hybrid / PIWI varieties, such as Jutrzenka, Solaris, Johanniter, Hibernal, Rondo.’
Of course, there are different culinary highlights prepared. For example, in Poland there are 196 Michelin-related restaurants, 10 of which have stars! A special “tasty tour” awaits the participants, dedicated to local dishes and foods. They will also enjoy their endlessly delicious and diverse soups, which the Poles are justifiably proud of. And last but not least, dedicated time at the colorful Christmas Market in Krakow – with the aroma of mulled wine and gingerbread on the main square of one of the most beautiful Central European cities.
VIA VINO are also pleased to offer a special 100 € discount to BBCC’s members.
