Charity Cause
The “Sports for People with Disabilities” Fund is designed for organisations working with children and adults with disabilities. They support projects by parent associations, patient organisations, or sports clubs.
Adapted sports for people with disabilities contribute to physical development, motor skills and fine motor coordination, connection with nature and the surrounding world, and socialization. In this way, they can express themselves and venture out more often from the restricted world of their homes, institutions, or specialized social services.
Participants in such groups share that they feel more energetic and cheered up, that the free expression of emotions and built-up tension makes them more balanced and reduces their anxieties about everyday communication. And last but not least, they develop the desire and ability to cope with daily tasks.
Through the “Sports for People with Disabilities” Fund, the BCause Foundation supports organisations across the country in organising various therapeutic activities for people with disabilities: horseback riding, swimming, running, yoga, remedial gymnastics, zumba, pilates, classical ballet, crossfit training, and dog-assisted activities. Over the past 5 years, we have helped more than 500 children with disabilities!
Examples of successfully supported sports projects for people with disabilities:
- The first special device (shuttle) for solidarity tourism in Bulgaria, which enables free and safe movement of people with physical disabilities in mountainous terrain.
- Table tennis training and equipment, as well as participation in the World Table Tennis Championship for people with Alzheimer’s disease and Parkinson’s disease for 10 residents from a Home for Adults with Dementia in Kazanlak.

- This is event is with paid participation. Price for BBCC Members is 120 EUR (VAT incl.) and for Non-members is 190 EUR (VAT incl.). If you wish to book a whole table for 9 people you can do so for a discounted price for 980 EUR. No payments on the spot will be allowed.
- You will recieve an invoice upon completing the registration and making the payment
- Cancellations before 20 November will be refunded. Cancellations after this period would not be refunded.
