Brand management & Employer branding

The main goal of the Brand management & Employer branding course is to provide participants with the knowledge on how to manage brands in such a way as to improve the consumer experience and brand value. Special attention is paid to the importance of strategic thinking in brand management, focusing on positioning, mission, identity and stakeholder engagement.
The lecturers will share their practical experience both in terms of brand management and the specifics of building the employer branding and will present successful strategies and campaigns of various companies and business areas. During the training, real-life business cases from a wide range of industries will be presented to provide participants with a better understanding of the current and complex challenges in the field of brand management & employer branding.
PR, AI and Reputation Management

Artificial intelligence (AI) stands poised to drastically augment the capabilities of professionals across public relations, corporate communications, and marketing. Recent explosive advances in machine learning and natural language processing have led to the emergence of AI tools that can help automate repetitive tasks, generate insights from large datasets, and enhance creativity for PR teams. However, to effectively integrate AI, professionals must have an understanding of its pitfalls and limitations as well.
The focus of the course PR, AI and Reputation Management is on how PR evolves into a holistic business approach, which is defined by the term “reputation management”. The emphasis is on how the communications of the organization and the brand are developed so as to achieve a sustainable approach that meets the values and strategy of the company.
One of the main directions of the course is how practitioners can adapt to the new technological ecosystem, filled with AI, social media, mobile applications and active customer participation. The emphasis is on proactive, strategic brand management and their communication with a wide range of stakeholders.
