Maria Kosanova, Country manager of HPE, operated by Selectium for Bulgaria, has assumed leadership of the company’s operations in Serbia as well. In her expanded role, she will strengthen HPE’s positions in both markets and accelerate the company’s business growth in the region. Teams in both countries are focused on the development and deployment of solutions in AI, cloud technologies, and network infrastructures – key pillars of HPE’s strategy.

Since November 1, 2018, HPE has operated in Bulgaria under the Master Area Partner model, with its local operations managed by HPE, operated by Selectium. The company is responsible for HPE’s sales, marketing, and service activities in the country, providing Bulgarian businesses with access to HPE’s leading cloud, computing, AI, and data storage solutions.

With nearly two decades of experience in the IT industry and more than ten years in key leadership roles, Maria is a proven leader with a strong ability to build cohesive teams capable of achieving ambitious goals. She has a talent for identifying and leveraging strategic opportunities, turning them into sustainable business successes with long-term value for the organization. Over the past five years, she has served as Country manager of HPE, operated by Selectium for Bulgaria, and prior to that led the company’s Technology Services department. Her professional background also includes roles as Partner Business Manager at HPE Bulgaria and Sales Manager for Bulgaria and Romania at Infocus International B.V.
