FOLLOW UP: Practical Implementation of the Whistleblowing Legislation in Bulgaria

On 28 March we partnered with PwC Bulgaria on delivering a seminar on the topic of ‘’Practical Implementation of the Whistleblowing Legislation in Bulgaria’’.

Guests had the opportunity to hear from the expert team of PwC about review of current practices for implementing the whistleblowing legislation by Bulgarian and international companies, who are recommended to appoint a dedicated whistleblowing officer, application of the whistleblowing legislation in multinational group of companies, and tools that companies may apply for building their internal whistleblowing channel.
