On June 10, 2025, the BCause Foundation, scholarship recipients and sponsors celebrated the graduation of the 19th class of the “Ready for Success” program at Event Space 2020.

During the past academic year, 151 students and pupils who lost one or both of their parents, or grew up in a specialized institution, received scholarships for excellent academic achievements. The total value of the scholarships for the past academic year is 394,400 leva, provided entirely by sponsors.

The event was hosted by Penka Tsvetkova from the BCause Foundation team and Daniel Kiryakov, Communications Manager at the American Chamber of Commerce – a friend and goodwill ambassador of the program.

Strong emotions gripped the guests from the very beginning of the evening with the address of Mariana Pencheva – a teacher from Veliko Tarnovo, followed by folk dances performed by four scholarship holders of “Ready for Success”.

“In a world where uncertainty often overshadows dreams, education is the light that opens paths. Sometimes the path is difficult. Sometimes young people lack not only resources, but also faith that their efforts matter. But there are also people who support you, who tell you: “We believe in you. You deserve to dream, to learn, to develop. You are not alone.” That is why “Ready for Success” is something remarkable, it’s a community. And all the kind-hearted people involved are proof that when someone believes in you, you also begin to believe in yourself.” – said Mariana Pencheva.

The guests were also addressed by the future primary school teacher from Plovdiv and scholarship holder of the program Maria Minkova, and her words caused loud applause.
