MasterChef Marianna Aleksandrova makes her return to Floret Restaurant and Bar with a new signature menu inspired by the sea.

From 23 to 25 October, Floret Restaurant and Bar at InterContinental Sofia will transform into a gastronomic stage under the motto “Waves of Flavor: Modern Varna Cuisine”. A culinary experience that brings the spirit of Varna to the heart of the capital, offering a modern interpretation of traditional recipes presented by guest chef Marianna Aleksandrova, winner of MasterChef Bulgaria.
