Motivation is what pushes each of us on a personal level to achieve our goals, feel more fulfilled, and improve our overall quality of life. What motivates each person, however, is unique. Motivation can change over time, or due to other individual or organizational circumstances.

Motivated employees are happier, more creative, and more productive. Disengaged and unmotivated employees, however, are more likely to be absent, make mistakes, and do nothing more than go through the motions – all behaviors that sink productivity and have a real impact on the bottom line. The truth is that lack of motivation is expensive. Motivation is at the core of what makes a team run well and what takes a business forward.
The training will help you get to the heart of what drives you and the individuals on your team and give you practical tools you can use to help them get motivated and stay engaged.
In this session you will learn:
- Identify four key elements of successful motivation.
- Motivation Matrix
- Assess your level of motivation and explore how you can improve it.
- Examine what hinders you from staying motivated and meeting your goals.
- Identify actions to take to increase your level of motivation and attain success.
- Gain deeper insight into what is truly meaningful to individuals and teams by identifying:
- Their current career moment.
- What drives their core behaviors.
- The capabilities that set them apart.
- Their aspirations for future development.
- Establish key behaviors and practices to create a culture of healthy motivation.
