Dennitsa Dimitrova, Managing Partner of Kambourov & Partners – Tax Consulting

Dennitsa Dimitrova has over 13 years of experience in international taxation. Prior to leading Kambourov & Partners’ Tax Consulting practice, she was part of the tax and legal teams of TMF (2006-2009), KPMG (2009-2016) and Deloitte (2016-2019) where she managed the VAT compliance client’ s portfolio, conducted tax audits involving large amounts of VAT for refund and successfully resolved tax disputes as negotiator. Since 2016, she developed and started providing excise and customs compliance services.
Sergey Srebrev, Manager Indirect Tax and Global Trade

Sergey Srebrev has over 7 years of experience in international taxation. Prior to becoming Manager Indirect Tax and Global Trade at Kambourov & Partners’ Tax Consulting practice, he was a part of the legal and tax teams of Ekimdzhiev, Boncheva and Cherniserska Law Firm (2012-2013), EY (2014-2016), Xerox (2017-2022) and Cargil (2023-2024) where he held Legal, VAT advisory and VAT compliance positions. This experience has afforded him the opportunity to engage with tax matters from both legal and accounting standpoints.
