The BCause Foundation is accepting nominations for the Annual Quality Mark for Workplace Giving for 2023. In 2024, the annual award for companies that encourage employee involvement in socially significant causes, as part of the company’s corporate social responsibility policy, marks its 10th anniversary.
The award is presented by the BCause Foundation, the Bulgarian Association for People Management (BAPM), the Bulgarian Public Relations Association (BPRA) , and the Sustainability Specialists Association (SSA).
The award has four levels of distinction: a badge of honor, bronze, silver, and gold.
The participating companies are scored based on the ratio between the people engaged vs. the total number of employees, the financial results, the mechanisms by which the company promotes, encourages, and develops regular giving programs, and the opportunities it provides employees for volunteering from the workplace.
Companies have to complete this online form by February 11, 2024 to participate.
Nominations are only accepted online via a fully completed form.
The award ceremony will take place on February 29, 2024. “We chose this date because the current year, 2024, is a leap year. Thanks to this extra February day, we will all have one more day to donate or promote philanthropic and volunteer initiatives.” said Elitsa Barakova, Executive Director of the BCause Foundation.
