Join us to demonstrate and prepare the oldest and rarest pasta, “Su Filindeu” or “Threads of God.” This ancient Sardinian pasta is known for its unique preparation technique, known only to a few. Chef Lucilla Cenciari will reveal the secrets of this traditional culinary art that has been practiced for over 300 years. Take part and learn more about the history and intricacies of this unique pasta.

After the workshop, enjoy a four-course dinner prepared by Chef Lucilla Cenciari. The menu will showcase some of the finest Sardinian pasta dishes, made with passion and a deep connection to Sardinian culinary traditions.
