Several times I received the question if I could explain several topics in the IT domain to Recruiters. This year I found the time to create a training and a Dutch recruitment agency volunteered to be the guinea pig.
The training received the creative name “IT for Recruiters”.In this training we touch many IT topics and decipher real vacancies and CVs.
I will start the 13th of September and we are happy to offer the BBBA members a 25% discount.
– We will touch topics like DevOps and why searching for a DevOps person is like looking for a Unicorn.
– We will explore some tech-stacks and figure out what is front-end/back-end/full-stack.
– We will explore ITIL/Kanban/Scrum/Lean.
– We can explain the development path of a tester and understand what cucumbers have to do with this.
– We will even touch upon Information Security and Cyber Security.
– It will not be possible to make you an expert on all these topics in only 21 hours, but you will gain a nice broad overview.
– We will do some games and exercises.
