About the Keynote speakers:

Pavlos Trichakis
Pavlos is a Partner in the Energy & Resources practice at Baringa. He has over 17 years of experience in consulting, industry and academia, advising energy companies, financial institutions, regulators and Government on a broad range of commercial and strategic issues relating to the European power and gas markets.
Pavlos leads Baringa’s energy market advisory work in Southern Europe, having advised on over 50 high profile transactions related to the Energy Transition in the region during his time at the firm.
He holds a PhD in Electrical Power Systems from the Durham Energy Institute.

Nikolay Bogdanov
Nikolay Bogdanov is Commercial director in Shell Bulgaria since March 2022. He leads Shell service stations business towards sustainable and profitable operations in line with the needs and expectations of the customers. He manages a highly committed team focused on delivery of excellent operational standards, high customer satisfaction and solid return on investments.
His career in Shell started in 1995 opening one of the first Shell service stations as a Station manager, later he gained experience in various positions at Shell, some of which are Sales Manager Fleet Solutions, Global SAP Implementation coordinator Shell CEE (Bulgaria, Czech, Slovakia, Hungary, and Poland), Category Manager, Retail Manager and Territory Manager at Shell Bulgaria.
In the period 2011 – 2018 he worked on different sales positions at Metro Cash and Carry Bulgaria delivering high scale projects including Franchising network of 1500 stores under the brand “Моят Магазин”/”My shop”.
Nikolay Bogdanov’s education includes Master program of Erickson College International, Professional Diploma in Marketing in CIM The Chartered Institute of Marketing UK and University degree from Technical University Varna, Bulgaria.
