Purpose of the training
The master class “Law for Young Entrepreneurs: How to Build a Business Without Legal Risks” is aimed at forming basic and applied legal competence in students and young people with entrepreneurial interests.
The training examines the legal framework of:
- creation and registration of a business activity
- choice of organizational and legal form
- corporate governance and compliance
- taxation of a start-up business
- protection of intellectual property
- transfer of innovations
- protection of personal data
- marketing and advertising in a regulatory environment
- financing and sustainable development of business
The course has an interdisciplinary nature, integrating law, economics and management, with a focus on:
- identification of legal risks
- building regulatory awareness
- making informed management decisions
- creating a sustainable and competitive business model.The training is highly practice-oriented – with case analysis and work with sample documents.
