Purpose of the training
The master class “Law for Young Entrepreneurs: How to Build a Business Without Legal Risks” is aimed at forming basic and applied legal competence in students and young people with entrepreneurial interests.

The training examines the legal framework of:

  • creation and registration of a business activity
  • choice of organizational and legal form
  • corporate governance and compliance
  • taxation of a start-up business
  • protection of intellectual property
  • transfer of innovations
  • protection of personal data
  • marketing and advertising in a regulatory environment
  • financing and sustainable development of business

The course has an interdisciplinary nature, integrating law, economics and management, with a focus on:

  • identification of legal risks
  • building regulatory awareness
  • making informed management decisions
  • creating a sustainable and competitive business model.The training is highly practice-oriented – with case analysis and work with sample documents.
