We are glad to announce the first BBBA Pub Quiz, coming up on November 28, at the Book on Rakovski 193. We promise a lot of fun in a friendly BBBA atmosphere.
Our quizmaster will be Keneward Hill, who will be challenging you with interesting questions from culture, history, geography and more.
The fee will be 20 BGN, payable at the entrance, including a free drink and snacks.
You can sign up as an individual and we will form teams. If you would like to sign a full team of up to 6 people, please do not hesitate to do so. Hurry up as the seats are limited and will be provided on a first come first served basis.
So what will the questions be about? Of course, we can’t give everything away…
But we’ve got a music round lined up – and not just from one decade – they’re pretty evenly spread from the 1960s right up to this decade… And there’s a juicy bonus for saying what the link between the sound clips is. What’s more, you can get a jump-start if you start by listening to this song… which isn’t in the quiz, but could have, maybe should have been.
Of course, there’s a picture round – and we don’t think it’s giving much away if we say you have to recognise cities from images. Then there’s a “Letters” round, oh, and a “Numbers” round. Add to that a good dose of geography and history, just like there should be. Then the inevitable General Knowledge. There is a round which is multi-choice… and, believe it or not, some questions that are just True or False! Oh, what else?… Your guess is as good as ours !
