The master’s program “Customs and Tax Control” team at the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration at Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski ”, together with EY Bulgaria and in collaboration with Commercial Law Development Foundation, organizes in the period 15-19 July 2020 Summer Academy for Taxes and Duties. The training will be implemented remotely from the Center for Educational Services of the Faculty of Economics.
The Academy will include the following modules:
Module 1: European Tax Law. Direct Taxes.; State Aid: Application to Tax Measures.
Module 2: Customs Policy of the European Union; Customs Regime and Procedures in the European Union.
Module 3: Indirect taxes in the EU.
Module 4: DTA and Bulgaria. Administrative Cooperation and Exchange of Information.
Module 5: Supreme Administrative Court Practice in the Field of Direct and Indirect Taxes.; State Liability for Damages. State Liability for Breach of EU law.
