The Guides at the Helm

We are delighted to feature two distinguished perspectives to kick off our dialogue:

  • Tony McMurray: AI Evolution – Cutting through the hype to identify where AI creates measurable business value versus where it creates systemic risk.
  • Aneta Natova: Human Resilience – Mastering the leadership habits that build clarity and mental stamina under conditions of extreme uncertainty.

Aneta Natova is the Founder and CEO of LeadFit Global, a leadership development consultancy dedicated to unlocking human potential in the modern era through evidence-based training, executive coaching, and strategic consulting. Through its work with senior leadership teams across multinational and Fortune 500 companies, LeadFit Global supports organizations in building the cognitive, emotional, and behavioural capabilities required to navigate complexity, accelerate AI adoption responsibly, and sustain performance under continuous change.

In her role, Aneta represents the company’s focus on strengthening resilience, decision-making, and clarity in fast-moving, technology-driven environments. She is also a TEDx speaker, whose talk on conscious leadership has reached more than 77,000 viewers, reflecting LeadFit Global’s broader commitment to advancing leadership practices that integrate technological progress with human adaptability.

Tony McMurray is a senior finance leader at Ingram Micro with over 30 years of international experience across the UK, Europe, and Bulgaria.
