The fifth edition of the ”Careers in ESG” Career Week at the Faculty of Economics will begin with professional discussions and demonstrations on the role of data and technology in sustainable development and a demonstration of software solutions.
In the discussion “Sustainability Data – Who, Where, What and How Much?” international and Bulgarian experts from academia, business and the public sector will discuss the lack of sufficient, accurate and comparable information on ESG indicators. From different perspectives, we will look for possible and trusted sources and solutions. The emphasis will be placed on the need for transparency and better compatibility of data, as well as on building a culture of information sharing.
In the second discussion – “Digital Solutions for ESG” – the participants’ attention will be focused on technological tools that help in the collection and analysis of ESG data. Experts will present practices for using artificial intelligence in detecting discrepancies, automating reports and predicting risks.
The event will also include a demonstration of Yodiwo’s ESG software – a platform for managing and reporting ESG indicators, which allows for automated data extraction, visualization of key indicators and preparation of reports in accordance with European standards.
The event is free of charge and will take place on October 11, 2025 (Saturday) at 2:00 PM in room 315 of the Faculty of Economics.
The event will be in English, and the program for the entire week can be found here.
