The British Embassy in Sofia would like to invite you to a Trade Facilitation and Security Webinar on 25th March 2021. The event will take place from 11:30 until 13:40 (Bulgarian time) on Zoom and will be opened by Ambassador Rob Dixon and the Bulgarian Minister of Transport – Mr. Rosen Zhelyazkov.
The main purpose of the workshop will be to raise awareness of the new border, security and transport arrangements following the end of the UK’s Transition Period and the new Trade and Cooperation Agreement between the UK and the EU.
The event will bring together partners from across the UK Government, notably the Department for Transport, Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs and Border Force. For more information, please see the agenda at the attachment bellow.
The presentations will be in English, with simultaneous translation in Bulgarian. In order to be able to use the simultaneous translation, please download the Zoom application on your computer.
