BBBA would like to invite all members and friends to the BBBA ladies’ informal get-together with a special guest Tim Kemp.
He is a well known lecturer in leadership and personal effectiveness skills seminars. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute and a Member of the European Coaching and Mentoring Council. Tim has over 30 years of experience working as a people development consultant and facilitator with focus on a variety of themes among which multiculturalism, diversity and gender issues.
Tim Kemp has been working with organisations in Europe and in the US on gender dynamics and the female ‘capital gap’. He is a Senior Consultant with Leading Women, the pre-eminent US research consultancy specialising on women’s leadership and gender diversity. Tim has been involved in work around equality in organisations since 1984. He wrote a chapter for Gender and Work (MSC 1990) and a textbook on Diversity for the UK Ministry of Defence in 1997.
