We are pleased to invite our IT members to the second edition of the BBBA IT Retreat at Hotel Rila Borovets. Hit the refresh button with a mix of business, networking and fun activities in the the heart of the first winter resort in the Balkans.
The programme has been developed to focus on getting to know each other’s business and needs better, and to develop working partnerships in the BBBA IT community.
We would like to confirm 18 March as the date the majority of you have chosen.

Friday
9:30 – 10:00 Arrival
10:00 – 10:30 Coffee and light breakfast
10:30 – 13:00 Who is Who – 10 minutes oral presentations by all participants. Please include company’s priorities, projects and partnership opportunities.
13:00 – 14:30 Networking lunch and Check-in
14:30 – 17:30 Board games
18:00 – 19:30 Cocktail Masterclass
20:00 – late Dinner with a View at the Terrace Lounge with a fine selection of wine and rakia
Saturday
8:00 – 10:00 Breakfast followed by free programme
Participation in the retreat is restricted to BBBA members only, and is at a price of 250 BGN (VAT incl.). This price includes all the activities, and excludes the accommodation and travel.
Accommodation – Hotel Rila Borovets is offering special prices for accommodation for the whole weekend. If you wish, you can stay through the weekend at these prices (VAT incl):
- Single room – 150 BGN per night
- Double room – 160 BGN per night
