The seventh edition of the Balkan Business Analysis Conference will take place 25-27 November 2021. The event unites Bulgarian and international experts who share knowledge and experience in strategic planning, business processes improvement and organizations’ efficiency, and requirements’ management in software systems.

This year the event will be entirely online due to the complex epidemiological situation. The organizers believe that this will not only be a serious challenge, but also it is an excellent opportunity to reach more professionals, both speakers and participants. This year the lecturers will be leading Bulgarian professionals, as well as well-known industry specialists from Australia, Belgium, Canada, Egypt, and the UK.

The keynote speakers are established international experts:

• Dr. Debra Paul – author of multiple books and articles and managing partner of AssisstKD – an international institution which provides trainings in the field of business analysis.

• Filip Hendrickx – a consultant, specialized in different techniques such as business analysis, product management, and design thinking.

• Kathy Berkidge – an experienced consultant in business analysis, agile methodologies. She is also an established couch and facilitator. 

• Nick De Voil – a consultant, specialized in people-oriented systems, products, and people.

The conference will continue for 3 days. During the first two days, the participants will have the chance to attend lectures, focused on innovations in business analysis, product management, agile, etc. During the third day there will be practical workshops.

The event is part of the international events program of the International Institute of Business Analysis and the organization is entrusted to IIBA – Bulgaria, with the exclusive partnership of colleagues from the local IIBA chapters in Serbia, Romania, Slovenia, Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
