Richard Clegg is an M&A and technology lawyer working throughout Central & Eastern Europe and South Eastern Europe. He has particular specialization and expertise in structuring and negotiating transactions and projects across the regulated sectors and his experience includes advising on internationally significant infrastructure, telecom, energy and technology transactions. Richard brings deep insight into the legal dimensions of artificial intelligence.
